Take the mystery of event planning so that regardless of their experience, knowledge or budget, we will tell you how to create simple and yet elegant special events. So with that in mind, let’s start with the simple question, why have a party?
Is it a birthday? Anniversary? Bridal or baby shower? Holidays like Valentine’s Day or July 4? How about just having a group of friends to share good food and good wine? Any of the above and are more reasons to throw a party so here we go.
The checklist – Party of the Task List
I think the parties are supposed to be fun from start to finish, not stressful, why not start in the right direction with the creation of his party to do list. There is no need for anxiety about the people over dinner or throw a wedding or formal event for a couple of hundred people. The same process should apply regardless of the number of results. The best method of application which I think is a checklist of the parties. I always create a party to the list because it gives me the steps I need from start to finish in the production process of the party and is easy to repeat and adjust for future events.
This Task Force that I will share with you, in part, to turn any amateur into a party planner with a touch and style and will help smooth the bumps in the road to creating a successful and carefree event . Below is part of the checklist will be in our book that we hope to publish in late summer so you can use this list as a guide for their own events.
Again, this is only a partial list, but you can start using this so please feel free to add or delete it and do not work for you. Remember, this is just a sample list can be adjusted by the way, with modifications, for its own particular use. I will list the items below and then provide in future blogs detailed explanations and examples of these categories to provide a little more vision and knowledge. Whether a cocktail or dinner, following methodical steps, you will not need much to create an elegant event from start to finish.
